We thought we’d switch it up this week and share some of our favorite podcasts. These shows cover topics such as health, fitness, nutrition, mindset, habits and much more. Each offers great wisdom.

GUT TALK with Jill and Jenna

These sisters are most definitely living out their mission – helping make gut health more digestible for the everyday person. They do an awesome job of relating to everyone in all different scenarios. There are both solo episodes and special guests.

Topics they love to cover include: getting started on your gut health journey, nutrition tips, hormone health, sharing their fitness journeys, mental health and making sustainable changes.

Mind Pump: Raw Fitness Truth

With over 40 years of combined experience, these hosts know how to give real, raw truths. They break down all things fitness, nutrition, health and more. The use of studies, facts and client results keeps the episodes FULL of insights. 

They also have listener episodes where those who follow the show can call in and ask personal questions. The guys will answer to the best of their ability in the moment. This adds a touch of real-world examples and advice.

The Rich Roll Podcast

Ultra-athlete, Wellness Evangelist and Bestselling Author Rich Roll interviews some of the world’s most fascinating leaders.

His goal is to educate, inspire and empower listeners to become their most authentic self. He’s talked to doctors, Ironman athletes, professional athletes, spiritual teachers and more. These episodes will get you thinking.

Mel Robbins is a popular speaker, author and podcast host.

She loves having guests as well as solo eps that cover relatable topics while providing tactical advice, tools and inspiration. I love that she gives her listeners something they can utilize in almost every episode. Mel is real, honest, knowledgeable and funny.
